In order to create the ideal environment we started with a nice 2 Rai (3,200 square meter) plot close to the international airport, golf courses and the beach and subdivided it into 4 relatively equal parcels so each villa sits on approximately 800 square meters of nice level land. The Villas themselves are all of the same concept, the pool is the center of activity and all
rooms open towards the pool. Each villa has 4 bedrooms with
ensuite bathroom and shower and a large great room with full
western style kitchen. Entertaining is done around the pool
and from the great room. This concept creates the ideal
relaxation and entertainment facility whether it is a family
getaway or a group of guys on a golf outing.
